Airport Terminal 1 metro station
Airport Terminal 1 Station (Chinese: 機場第一航廈站) is a stop on the Taoyuan Airport MRT in Dayuan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Located underground under Taoyuan International Airport’s Terminal 1, it has one island platform and two tracks. The station code is A12 and it is operated by Taoyuan Metro Corporation. Both Express and Commuter trains stop here. The station is about 171 meters long and 17 meters wide. It opened for trial service on February 2, 2017, and for commercial service on March 2, 2017, with construction overseen by the Bureau of High Speed Rail under Taiwan’s Ministry of Transportation and Communications. As of August 2024, about 24,400 passengers use the station each day.
