Abronia ochoterenai, also known as Ochoterena's arboreal alligator lizard or the Northern Chiapas arboreal alligator lizard, is a tree-dwelling lizard in the Anguidae family. It is native to extreme southern Mexico, specifically the state of Chiapas, where it lives at elevations of about 1,800–2,300 meters.

The species was described in 1939 by Rafael Martín del Campo and is named in honor of Mexican biologist Isaac Ochoterena Mendieta. It gives birth to live young (viviparous).
