ATOS Bank
ATOS Bank a.d. Banja Luka is a private commercial bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina, headquartered in Banja Luka. It operates 27 branches across the country and serves customers in BiH. Its shares (ZPKB-R-A) are listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The bank began on March 1, 1999, as Zepter komerc banka a.d. Banja Luka. In July 2007, Austrian Volksbank International bought the bank and it became Volksbank a.d. Banja Luka. In 2012, Sberbank Europe Group acquired Volksbank International, and the Bosnian branches were renamed Sberbank a.d. Banja Luka. After Sberbank announced its exit from many European markets in 2022, Nova Banka bought Sberbank a.d. Banja Luka, and on May 23, 2022 the bank started operating under the name ATOS Bank a.d. Banja Luka.
ATOS Bank is a member of the Deposit Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is supervised by the Banking Agency of Republika Srpska under Central Bank of BiH regulations.
In March 2024, ATOS Bank and Nova Banka joined the ATM networks, allowing their customers to withdraw cash for free with debit cards through a second nationwide ATM network, in addition to the existing BH mreža.
