ATC code H

ATC code H refers to systemic hormonal preparations, excluding sex hormones and insulins. It is part of the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System, a coding scheme developed by the World Health Organization to classify drugs and other medical products. For veterinary use, ATCvet codes are created by placing the letter Q in front of the human ATC code (for example, QH). National versions of the ATC classification may include additional codes not in the WHO list. An example of an antagonist in this category is Pegvisomant.
