3 Civic Plaza
3 Civic Plaza (also known as 3 Civic Tower) is a large mixed‑use building in Surrey’s Whalley/City Centre, near Surrey City Hall. It combines luxury residences, a hotel (Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection), offices, retail space, and the Civic Plaza campus of Kwantlen Polytechnic University on the first five floors above the lobby. The project, developed by Century Group and owned by the City of Surrey, started in 2014 and opened in April 2018 at a cost of about $400 million. The tower rises to 157.3 metres (516 feet) with 54 floors, making it the tallest building in Surrey and surpassing the Central City complex, which had held that title since 2003.
