Chelsea Women, led by manager Sonia Bompastor and chaired by Adrian Jacob, played at Kingsmeadow. In the FA Women’s Super League they finished 3rd. In cup competitions, they reached the fifth round of the Women’s FA Cup and the final of the Women’s League Cup. In the UEFA Women’s Champions League, they reached the quarter-finals. The league’s top scorer was Alyssa Thompson with 5 goals, while Sam Kerr was the overall top scorer with 9 goals in all competitions. The biggest win was 9–1 against Liverpool in the League Cup on 21 December 2025, and the heaviest defeat was 1–5 to Manchester City in the WSL on 1 February 2026. This season is Chelsea Women’s 34th competitive season and 16th straight in the FA WSL.
