The 2017–18 Azerbaijan Premier League was the 26th season of Azerbaijan’s top football league. It ran from 11 August 2017 to 19 May 2018. Eight clubs competed, and each team played the others four times for a total of 28 matches, making 112 matches overall.

Qarabağ were the defending champions and won the title again, their fifth consecutive championship. Kapaz were relegated at the end of the season. Sabail joined the league after being promoted, while Shuvalan were relegated the previous season.

In European competition, Qarabağ qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2018–19 UEFA Champions League. Gabala, Neftçi Baku and Keşla earned places in the first qualifying rounds of the 2018–19 UEFA Europa League.
