2012 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships
The 2012 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships was the 76th event organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation. It featured 46 national teams across six divisions and also served as the qualifier for division placements in 2013. The top-tier Championship had 16 teams and ran from May 4 to May 20, 2012, with games held in Helsinki, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden.
Division I took place from April 15 to 21, 2012. Group A games were in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Group B games were in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland.
Division II was held in two groups: Group A in Reykjavík, Iceland (April 12–18, 2012) and Group B in Sofia, Bulgaria (April 2–8, 2012).
Division III ran from April 15 to 21, 2012 in Erzurum, Turkey.
