The 2011–12 LEN Champions League was the 49th edition of Europe’s top men’s water polo competition. It was the first season under the new name LEN Champions League, replacing the Euroleague name used since 2003. A total of 29 teams entered, with most playing in qualifying rounds before eight teams joined the group stage. The top two teams from each group moved on to the knockout rounds, and the Final Four was held in Oradea.

In the final, Pro Recco from Italy won their seventh title, defeating VK Primorje Rijeka from Croatia 11–8. HAVK Mladost (Croatia) finished third after beating Vasas SC (Hungary) in the bronze medal match. The Final Four MVP was Denes Varga of Primorje Rijeka.
