2011 Medibank International Sydney – Women's doubles: Iveta Benešová and Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová won the title, beating Květa Peschke and Katarina Srebotnik 4–6, 6–4, [10–7] in the final. The defending champions from 2010, Cara Black and Liezel Huber, did not defend the title together. Black partnered with Anastasia Rodionova but were knocked out in the first round by Chuang Chia-jung and Hsieh Su-wei. Huber played with Nadia Petrova and lost to Benešová and Záhlavová-Strýcová in the semifinals.
