Magdalena Maleeva and Patty Schnyder won the doubles title at the 2002 Proximus Diamond Games. They defeated Nathalie Dechy and Meilen Tu in the final, 6–3, 6–7(3–7), 6–3. It was the tournament’s inaugural edition.
