1968 United States Senate election in Connecticut
On November 5, 1968, Connecticut voters re-elected Democrat Abraham Ribicoff to the U.S. Senate. The incumbent defeated Republican Edwin H. May Jr., a U.S. Representative. Ribicoff won 655,043 votes (54.29%), while May received 551,455 votes (45.71%).
