1923 TCU Horned Frogs football team. The Horned Frogs represented Texas Christian University as a member of the Southwest Conference in the 1923 college football season. Led by first-year head coach Matty Bell, they finished 4–5 overall and 2–1 in the Southwest Conference, placing third in their first year in the league. Home games were played at Panther Park in Fort Worth, Texas. The captain was Blair Cherry, who played end.
