12th César Awards
The 12th César Awards honored the best French films of 1986 and took place on 7 March 1987 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. It was chaired by Sean Connery and hosted by Michel Drucker and Pierre Tchernia. Best Film went to Thérèse. Best Actor was Daniel Auteuil and Best Actress was Sabine Azéma. The event was broadcast on Antenne 2.
