The 126th New York State Legislature met in Albany in 1903, from January 7 to April 23, during the third year of Governor Benjamin B. Odell Jr.’s term. It included the New York State Senate (50 members) and the New York State Assembly (150 members). Senators served two-year terms and Assembly members served one-year terms. Republicans held the majorities in both houses: 28–22 in the Senate and 89–61 in the Assembly.
