&Team is a Japanese boy band formed by YX Labels in 2022. The group has nine members: K, Fuma, Nicholas, EJ, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki. They were created through the reality show &Audition – The Howling and released debut single “Under the Skin” on November 21, 2022, followed by their first EP, First Howling: Me, on December 7, 2022. The name &Team represents nine diverse members forming one team that connects different worlds. Some members previously appeared on the Korean show I-Land in 2020.

The group quickly built a fanbase named Luné (Light Up New Energy), announced on September 26, 2022. In 2023 they released more music, including the mini albums First Howling: We and, later, the studio album First Howling: Now, which topped Billboard Japan and charted high on Oricon. They also held their first Japanese fan meetings and contributed songs to TV dramas and a webtoon, along with a series documenting their debut preparations.

In 2024, &Team went on their First Paw Print concert tour, released the single Samidare (which was later certified double platinum in Japan), and followed with Aoarashi. They announced projects like Jyuugoya and released the second full-length album, Yukiakari, in December 2024. The year also saw them contributing to anime themes, starting a podcast, and expanding into acting opportunities.

In 2025 they announced their Korean debut with the mini-album Back to Life, released on October 28, 2025, and promoted with a documentary series and television appearances. The group also issued more music, including Go in Blind, and embarked on Asia tours, achieving notable sales and media milestones along the way.
