Zuzanna Anna Radecka-Pakaszewska (born 2 April 1975 in Ruda Śląska, Poland) is a retired Polish sprinter. She competed mainly in the 200 and 400 metres and in relay races.

Career highlights
- Olympics: Competed for Poland in 2000 (Sydney) and 2004 (Athens). In Sydney she ran the 200 metres and was part of the 4x400 metres relay team; in Athens she and the Polish team finished fifth in the 4x400 metres relay.
- European Championships: Won bronze in the 4x400 metres relay at the 2002 European Championships in Munich.
- Universiade: Won two silver medals at the 1999 Summer Universiade in Palma de Mallorca (200 metres and the 4x100 metres relay).
