Zbigniew Rychlicki (17 January 1922 – 10 September 1989) was a Polish graphic artist and illustrator for children's books. He was born in Orzechówka, Poland, and died in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. He is buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.

Rychlicki studied at several art institutes and graduated in 1946. He worked at the Animated Film Studio in Łódź from 1947 to 1948 and studied at the Kraków Academy of Fine Arts in 1956. In 1949 he moved to Warsaw and became the director of Nasza Księgarnia, a publishing house.

He illustrated many children's books, including From Things into Things (Wanda Chotomska), Please Elephant (Ludwik Jerzy Kern), Plastusiowy Diary (Mary Kownacka), Gulliver's Travels (Jonathan Swift), and The Mysterious Island (Jules Verne). He also led the graphic part of the Teddy Bear magazine.

Rychlicki received the Prime Minister's Award in 1954 for his work for children and youth and the Hans Christian Andersen Award from IBBY for outstanding artistic achievement.
