Wobble Up is a song by American singer Chris Brown featuring Nicki Minaj and G-Eazy. It was released April 18, 2019 as the third single from Brown's ninth studio album Indigo. The bounce track runs 3:42 and samples Magnolia Shorty’s Cash Money track “Monkey on tha D$ck,” which earns Magnolia Shorty writing credits. The song was written by Brown, Minaj, G-Eazy, and producers J. R. Rotem, Theron Thomas, Renetta Lowe, Byron Thomas, and Billie Calvin. It marks Brown’s seventh collaboration with Nicki Minaj and his third with G-Eazy—the first time Minaj and G-Eazy appear together on a track. Lyrically, it centers on twerking and party-driven bragging, described as hedonistic and X-rated. Brown handles the chorus and the first and last verses, Minaj delivers the second verse with an up-tempo flow, and G-Eazy closes with the third verse about buying gifts for women. The music video, directed by Brown and Arrad Rahgoshay, was released May 20, 2019 and features cameos from Tyga and Dan Rue. Shortly after, German artist Marius Sperlich accused the video team of copying his artwork. Billboard and Rap-Up praised the dancing in the video, while Complex highlighted its computer-generated tropical backdrops and vibrant color. Credits are listed on Tidal.
