Werner Biskup (26 April 1942 – 22 June 2014) was a German football defender and later a manager. He was born in Bottrop, Germany.

As a player, he spent his career with VfB Bottrop (1960–1962), Bayer Leverkusen (1962–1965), Fortuna Düsseldorf (1965–1968), 1. FC Köln (1968–1972) and RFC Liège (1972–1974).

After retiring as a player, he became a coach, leading RFC Liège (1975–1976), Preußen Münster (1977–1980), VfL Osnabrück (1980–1981 and 1993–1994), Bayer Uerdingen (1981–1983), Hannover 96 (1983–1985), SV Arminia Hannover (1986), KSV Hessen Kassel (1987), Trabzonspor (1988) and BV Cloppenburg (2001).
