Waliul Haq Rumi (October 24, 1964 – April 22, 2024) was a Bangladeshi stage and television actor who spent more than three decades in the arts. He began his acting career in 1988 with the theatre play Ekhno Kreetodas and made his TV debut in the drama Kon Kananer Phool the same year. He acted in films as well, with his first film role in 2009 in Doriaparer Douloti.

Some of his noted stage works include Suggestion Salim, Bokasoka Tinjon, Make Up Man, Dhaka to Barisal, Dhaka Metro Love, Baap Beta Dourer Upor, American Saheb, Journey By Bus, and Megh Dhaka Shohor. He also worked for the national newspaper The Daily Ittefaq.

Rumi was born in Barguna, then part of East Pakistan, to Azizul Haque and Hamida Haque, and he was the third of six siblings. He died of pancreatic cancer on April 22, 2024, in a private hospital in Dhaka, at the age of 59.
