Valesca Ampoorter (born 5 March 2004 in Asse, Belgium) is a Belgian footballer who plays as a midfielder for TSG Hoffenheim in the Frauen-Bundesliga and for the Belgium national team. She is 1.75 meters tall.

Ampoorter began playing football at age eight with Asse-Zelik and later spent time with SK Londerzeel and AA Gent. She joined Oud-Heverlee Leuven’s (OH Leuven) youth system in 2020 and made her senior debut for OH Leuven at 17 during the COVID-19 pandemic, becoming a regular for the first team. She went on to make 93 league appearances and score seven goals for Leuven. She helped Leuven win the Belgian top division in the 2024-25 season and signed a contract extension in December 2023 to stay through 2026, though she left the club in 2025.

On 20 August 2025, Ampoorter joined Hoffenheim in Germany, where she wears number 18. She scored her first Bundesliga goal on 6 October 2025 in a 4-1 win over Hamburger SV. On 6 November 2025, she delivered a 30-yard shot that led to an own goal by Freiburg’s Laura Benkarth just eight seconds into the match, one of the fastest goals in league history. Ten days later, she scored a late penalty against Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Cup round of 16.

Internationally, Ampoorter has represented Belgium at the U15, U16, U19, and U23 levels, and has captained the U23 team on several occasions. She helped Belgium host the 2023 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship, scoring a long-range goal in a 3-3 group-stage draw with Austria. She received her first senior call-up in February 2023 for the Arnold Clark Cup and made her senior debut for Belgium at age 19, starting in the 2-1 win over South Korea.
