Uryū District (雨竜郡, Uryū-gun) is a district in Hokkaido, Japan. It is in Kamikawa Subprefecture. The district covers 1,495.78 square kilometers. As of 2004, about 18,996 people lived there, with a population density of 12.7 people per square kilometer. On April 1, 2010, the town of Horokanai moved from Sorachi Subprefecture to Kamikawa Subprefecture, making Uryū District part of Kamikawa.
