Uchisaiwaicho Station (内幸町駅, Uchisaiwaichō-eki) is a subway station on the Toei Mita Line in Uchisaiwaichō, Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. The station code is I-07.

The station is operated by Toei Subway and is underground. It has one island platform serving two tracks.

Uchisaiwaicho is 6.4 km from Meguro, the starting point of the Mita Line. It is close to Shimbashi Station (Ginza Line and Toei Asakusa Line)—the two stations are about 230 meters apart—but there is no official transfer between them.

The station opened on 27 November 1973. In 2018, it had an average of about 45,660 passengers per day.
