Trojan.Win32.FireHooker
Trojan.Win32.FireHooker is Windows malware that acts as a downloader, dropper, or spying Trojan. It was first detected in September 2015. Its main component is a DLL named xul.dll, about 5,120 bytes in size. The malware drops this DLL using a DNS-blocker installer or other installers bundled with DNS-blocker software. The xul.dll file, a component linked to Mozilla Firefox, loads to carry out its actions using APIs exposed by the DLL.
