Tomasz Krzysztof Sommer, born on 16 October 1972 in Puławy, Poland, is a Polish writer, journalist and publisher who serves as editor-in-chief of the weekly Najwyższy Czas!. He studied at the University of Warsaw (Journalism and Political Science) and earned a Ph.D. in sociology from the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Sommer began his career writing for Express Wieczorny in Warsaw, then worked for Academic Weekly Auditorium and newspapers Nowy Świat and Życie. In 1995 he started contributing to Najwyższy Czas! and Lux. He then became editor-in-chief of Lux and, at Najwyższy Czas!, deputy editor-in-chief from 1996–1999 and 2004–2007, and editor-in-chief from 1999–2003 and since 2007. He also writes for the Foreign Department of Super Express.

In 2002 he co-founded the 2S Media group, which owns the monthly GIGA Sport, with a German edition launched in 2004 as GIGA Sport – Deutschland. In 2007 he and partners took over Najwyższy Czas!. He is the vice-president of the Globalization Institute, a free-market think tank in Gliwice.

In politics, Sommer ran in the 2009 European Parliament elections on the KW Libertas list for the Gdańsk constituency, and in 2010 he became involved with the party Wolność i Praworządność (Freedom and Lawfulness) during Warsaw city elections.

He wrote the book Rozstrzelać Polaków. Ludobójstwo Polaków w Związku Sowieckim w latach 1937–1938. Dokumenty z Centrali (Execute the Poles: The Genocide of Poles in the Soviet Union (1937–1938). Documents from Headquarters), about the NKVD Polish operation.
