The Merton (Chinese: 泓都) is a tall residential development in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. It has three towers and a total of 1,182 homes.

- The Merton 1: 59 floors, 197 metres tall (about 646 feet). It ranks around the 60th-tallest in Hong Kong.
- The Merton 2 and The Merton 3: each has 51 floors and is 180 metres tall (about 591 feet). They are tied for about the 100th-tallest in the territory with Sham Wan Towers and Liberté 5 and 6.

The complex was designed by Ronald Lu & Partners and developed by New World Development. Construction ran from 1998 to 2005.

Each tower has a club house with a swimming pool, a gym, yoga and aerobics rooms, a reading room, an indoor kids area, a steam room and a sauna.

Nearby there are scenic walks like the Mount Davis Trail, plus bars and eateries within walking distance. The Merton is close to Cadogan Temporary Playground and Forbes Playground. The Smithfield wet market is about a 6-minute walk away. Kennedy Town MTR station is about 5 minutes away on foot, and from there it’s about 10 minutes to Central.
