Synchlora xysteraria is a moth in the Geometridae family. It was first described by George Duryea Hulst in 1886. This species is found in Georgia and Florida in the United States, and on the Caribbean islands of Cuba and Hispaniola. The wingspan is about 19 millimeters. The larvae probably feed on Taraxacum officinale, the common dandelion.
