Sporting Sports Arena, also known as Sporting Indoor Hall, is an indoor basketball arena in Patissia, Athens, Greece. It seats about 2,500 people and is close to Agios Eleftherios metro station. The arena opened in 1968 and was renovated and expanded in 2002. It is the current home court of AO Sporting. From 2002 to 2004 it hosted Panathinaikos while their main arena was upgraded for the 2004 Olympics. In recent years it has seen updates, including air conditioning. It’s one of Greece’s older pro basketball venues, and fans say you can hear players and coaches talking during games.
