Spinone al Lago is a small town (comune) in Lombardy, Italy, in the province of Bergamo. It lies on the left bank of Lake Endine, about 70 kilometers northeast of Milan and 20 kilometers northeast of Bergamo. The town covers 2 square kilometers and sits at 360 meters above sea level. As of 2010, about 1,039 people lived there (demonym: Spinonesi). The local Bergamasque name for the town is Spinù. The mayor is Marco Terzi. Postal code: 24060. Area code: 035.

A key landmark is the 11th-century Romanesque sanctuary of San Pietro in Vincoli, which was restored in the 14th–15th centuries. Its bell tower is from the 16th century, and the interior contains remains of 15th-century frescoes.

Spinone al Lago borders Bianzano, Casazza, Gaverina Terme, Monasterolo del Castello, and Ranzanico.
