Sir Vincent Corbet, 1st Baronet (13 June 1617 – 28 December 1656) was an English lawyer and politician from Shropshire. He sat for Shropshire in the Short Parliament of 1640. A Royalist in the Civil War, he was created baronet of Moreton Corbet in 1642 by King Charles I and commanded local royalist forces from Moreton Corbet Castle.

During the war he fought in campaigns in Shropshire and Cheshire, raising a dragoon regiment and taking part in actions around Nantwich and Market Drayton. Moreton Corbet Castle was damaged and eventually fell under Parliamentarian control. As Parliament gained the upper hand, Corbet was forced to compound for delinquency and pay a large fine to recover his estates. He died in London in 1656 and was buried at Moreton Corbet in January 1657.

His eldest son, Sir Vincent Corbet, 2nd Baronet, was still a minor when he inherited, and the estate was managed by trustees. He also left five daughters, four of whom married.
