Siquijor Airport (IATA: QUJ, ICAO: RPVZ) is a public community airport that serves Siquijor Island in the Philippines. It is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines and lies in Cang-alwang, Siquijor, about 27 meters (90 feet) above sea level. The coordinates are 9.2142°N, 123.4722°E.

The runway is designated 04/22 and measures 1,250 meters (4,100 feet) with a cement surface. Previously, the airport had a 1,200-meter gravel runway.

Upgrade work began on March 1, 2018, to build a new passenger terminal, a power station, and a vehicle parking area. The new terminal can handle 50–60 passengers, with plans to expand to 100. Construction was completed on July 30, 2021, and the upgrade was inaugurated on August 26, 2021. The runway extension and asphalt overlay were planned to be completed around June 2022.
