Shelly Jamison
Shelly Leah Jamison, born July 10, 1962, in Phoenix, is a former TV news reporter and now a public official. She studied broadcast journalism at Arizona State University and worked at KTSP-TV in Phoenix as a news producer, reporter, and occasional anchor. In July 1989 she appeared on the cover of Playboy and inside the issue she posed nude. She left KTSP-TV after the Playboy appearance. She then became a sideline reporter for RollerGames during the 1989–1990 season, after producers saw her Playboy feature in a USA Today story. In 1998 she joined the Phoenix Fire Department. She is part of FEMA's Arizona Task Force One (AZ-TF1) and rose to deputy fire chief, also serving as a department spokesperson thanks to her broadcasting background. She retired from that role in December 2023. She is married and has a child.
