Roy Foulds (Robert Thompson Foulds) was an English rugby union forward who played for Waterloo and Lancashire, and earned two England caps in 1929. Born 27 April 1906 in West Derby, near Liverpool, he died 28 February 1987 in Uckfield. He studied at King William's College on the Isle of Man. He joined Waterloo as a schoolboy, reached their first team in 1924–25, and soon played for Lancashire. A strong scrummager, he was the second Waterloo forward to represent England, after Joe Periton. His England appearances came in the 1929 Five Nations: he debuted against Wales at Twickenham as a front-row forward, and later moved to the back row for the Ireland match at Twickenham.
