Roseanna (1967 film)
Roseanna is a Swedish detective movie from 1967 directed by Hans Abramson. It is based on the 1965 novel Roseanna by Maj Sjöwall and Per Wahlöö, featuring police detective Martin Beck. Keve Hjelm stars as Beck. When an unidentified woman is found dead in a canal, Beck takes the case. After the woman is identified, the police reconstruct her last day, including a trip on the canal boat Wilhelm Thams. The film’s cinematography is by Sven Nykvist. It was released in Sweden on 14 August 1967 and runs 104 minutes. The language is Swedish.
