Rachel Anne Moore (born March 3, 1985) is an American theatre actress and opera singer from Seattle. She studied opera at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University Bloomington and earned a master’s degree in Opera Performance from the University of Tennessee with the Spivey Humanities Fellowship (2008–2009). While in Tennessee, she performed as Mabel in Pirates of Penzance, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, and Abigail Williams in The Crucible, among other roles.

Moore then moved to Hamburg, Germany, where she played Carlotta Giudicelli in The Phantom of the Opera and later originated Christine Daaé in Love Never Dies in Hamburg. In 2017 she joined the first national U.S. tour of Love Never Dies as the Christine Daaé alternate. She made her Broadway debut in The Phantom of the Opera as the Spanish Lady and as the Carlotta Giudicelli understudy. After the COVID-19 Broadway shutdown, she and her husband started a voice studio, Moore Than Music, offering online private voice lessons.
