Preston Hodge
Preston Hodge (born September 18, 2002) is an American college football cornerback for the Colorado Buffaloes. He previously played for Navarro College and the Liberty Flames.
Hodge grew up in DeSoto, Texas, and went to Waxahachie High School. He started his college career at Navarro College in 2021, recording 32 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 3 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions in 10 games.
He transferred to Liberty University, where in 2022 he had 12 tackles. In 2023, he started 10 games and totaled 48 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 8 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions. After the season, he entered the transfer portal and moved to Colorado.
In 2024 with the Buffaloes, he played 9 games and posted 33 tackles, 7 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions. He earned an extra year of eligibility for 2025 after a NCAA waiver for former junior college players.
In Week 9 of the 2025 season, he had 5 pass deflections in a loss to Utah. He finished the 2025 season with 41 tackles, 13 pass deflections, and 1 interception. Hodge is listed at 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
