Phyllocnistis wampella is a moth from the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Guangdong, China. The larvae (caterpillars) feed on Clausena lansium (wampee). The species was first described in 1985 by Liu and Zeng. It has a synonym, Phyllocnistis wempella, described by Du in 1989.
