Packera fendleri
Packera fendleri, or Fendler's ragwort, is a perennial flowering plant in the daisy family (Asteraceae). It is listed as Apparently Secure by NatureServe. It is native to the southern Rocky Mountains in the United States, especially Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico, where it grows in a variety of habitats. The plant reaches up to about 16 inches (40 cm) tall and flowers from late May to early October. A plant can produce 6 to 25 flower heads; each head has green bracts around it and contains many disk florets and 6 to 8+ yellow ray florets. It has also been known as Senecio fendleri.
