Anne Olivia Floyd (July 2, 1826 – December 8, 1905) was a Confederate spy and blockade runner during the American Civil War. She was known as Olivia. She was the daughter of David I. Floyd and Sarah Semmes Floyd. Her mother inherited Rose Hill, a property near Port Tobacco, Maryland, and Olivia lived there with her family. Olivia never married.

During the war, Olivia helped the Confederacy by moving papers, money, and clothing through Union lines. She made many trips between Washington, D.C., and Richmond, Virginia, and is said to have outsmarted a group of Union soldiers. At one time, she held about $80,000 at Rose Hill to support Confederate goals. The Union issued an arrest warrant for her.

Olivia Floyd died at home on December 8, 1905, at Rose Hill in Charles County, Maryland.
