OFC U-16 Men's Championship is a biennial football tournament in Oceania for players under 16. It also decides the two OFC teams that qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, which is held every two years.

The competition began in 1983 and was originally for under-17 players, called the OFC U-17 Championship. Since 2018 the age limit was lowered to under-16 and the tournament was renamed the OFC U-16 Championship. All OFC member nations can enter, and 11 teams participate.

New Zealand are the current champions with 11 titles, the most by any nation. Note: some editions did not award third or fourth place finishes, including 1991, 2001, 2003 and 2017.
