Myopsalta gordoni, the black acacia buzzer, is a cicada species native to Australia. It was described in 2017 by Australian entomologist Lindsay Popple. The name gordoni honors David Gordon, a grazier and conservationist who founded the Myall Park Botanic Garden, a site with many cicadas.

The forewings measure about 14–16 mm long.

It occurs in southern Queensland, from Millmerran west to Morven and Charleville, in mixed acacia woodland and mulga shrubland.

Adult males sing from December to February, clinging to the branches and stems of acacias and other small trees, producing a high-pitched call that alternates short and long notes.
