Mount Grafton Wilderness

Mount Grafton Wilderness is a protected area in Nevada. It covers about 78,754 acres (31,871 hectares) and sits in southern White Pine County and northern Lincoln County. The wilderness lies about 30 miles south of Ely and is managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

The highest point is Mount Grafton, at 10,990 feet (3,350 meters). It is part of the Schell Creek Range.

The area is an important summer habitat for wildlife such as elk, mule deer, Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep, and mountain lions.

Forests include pinyon pine, juniper, aspen, limber pine, bristlecone pine, and white fir.
