Mother's Baby is a 2025 thriller directed by Johanna Moder. The German-language film follows Julia, a 40-year-old conductor who longs to start a family with her partner Georg. After fertility treatment, she becomes pregnant, but during delivery complications arise and the baby is taken away without her knowledge. When she finally meets her child, Julia feels a surprising detachment and questions whether the baby is really hers.

The story is an Austria–Switzerland–Germany co-production and stars Marie Leuenberger, Hans Löw and Claes Bang. Filming took place in Vienna, Zürich and Hamburg from March 6 to April 24, 2024.

Mother's Baby had its world premiere on February 18, 2025, at the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), where it competed in the International Competition. It also appeared in the International Competition at the 56th International Film Festival of India in November 2025. Running time: 108 minutes.
