Many armed groups are involved in Yemen's civil war. Some groups are allied with the Saleh loyalists (since 2017) and with the Saudi-led coalition. Other allied groups receive logistical support from the United States, including drone strikes. There are also reports that some groups are supported by Al-Qaeda.
