Lithuania has a long and varied music tradition. Many composers have written works inspired by folk tunes, nature, history, and modern sounds. Here are some well-known Lithuanian composers (this is not a complete list).

- Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis: a key figure who wrote both music and paintings, blending imagination with sound.

- Vytautas Bacevičius: an early modernist composer and pianist who helped push Lithuanian music in new directions.

- Bronius Kutavičius: known for choral and sacred music that often uses Lithuanian folklore and ritual ideas.

- Osvaldas Balakauskas: a contemporary composer famous for orchestral and choral pieces.

- Algirdas Martinaitis: a composer of modern classical music and songs.

Many more Lithuanian composers have shaped the country’s music over the years.
