Le Formentor
Le Formentor is a tall residential building in Monaco, located at 27 Avenue Princesse Grace in the Larvotto area. It was completed in 1981 and built by J. B. Pastor et fils. The 27-storey building rises about 78 meters and is made of concrete in a modernist design. The Groupe Pastor owns the building, with their offices inside. Monaco Modern’Art, an art gallery, and the consulate of Uruguay are also located there.
