Jakob Kulbin, born 20 July 2005 in Tallinn, Estonia, is an Estonian biathlete. He began making his mark at youth level and soon rose to success.

In 2021 he competed at the Youth World Championships, placing eighth in the relay and 28th in the pursuit. Later that year, at age 16, he won the sprint at the Youth World Championships, becoming the youngest ever youth world champion in biathlon. He also finished fourth in the relay with teammates Mark-Markos Kehva and Mehis Udam.

During the 2022/23 season he raced sparingly but won a Junior Cup event in Obertilliach. In January 2024, he debuted in the IBU Cup in Ridnaun, finishing 16th in the sprint. He then joined his first World Cup relay team in Antholz, finishing 13th with teammates Tuuli Tomingas, Regina Ermits, and Kristo Siimer. Kulbin also took part in the 2024 World Championships and the Soldier Hollow World Cup, where he finished 48th in his first World Cup sprint.

On the junior side, he won a silver medal in the mass start at the 2024 Youth World Championships, finishing behind Kasper Kalkenberg. At the 2024 Youth European Championships, he won bronze in both the individual and sprint events, though a silver in the mass start was later stripped due to a reloading error.

The 2024/25 season began in the IBU Cup, and after two top-30 results he earned a spot on the World Cup team in December. In Hochfilzen he helped Estonia finish 10th in the men's relay, the country’s best result in that event since 2016. The following week in Le Grand-Bornand he finished 42nd in the pursuit, narrowly missing points, and the team later achieved another top-10 relay finish in Ruhpolding.

In February 2025 Kulbin competed at the World Championships, finishing 32nd in the individual with 18 hits. At the Junior World Championships the same year, he placed fourth in the individual. He also won a bronze medal in the sprint at the Military World Games.
