Institute of Democratic Society
Institute of Democratic Society is a Chinese nonprofit that promotes human rights. It was started in 2009 by lawyer Lan Zhixue and fellow lawyers. The group works on issues such as freedom of speech, political dissent, online freedom, fair legal procedures, and government transparency.
