Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport is a public airport in Fishers, Indiana, about 8 miles northeast of downtown Indianapolis. It is owned by the Indianapolis Airport Authority and serves as a reliever airport for Indianapolis International Airport. The airport covers 445 acres and has one asphalt runway (15/33) measuring 4,004 by 100 feet. The elevation is 811 feet. The FAA uses the code UMP for this airport; it has no IATA code and its ICAO code is KUMP.

In 2016, there were 24,590 aircraft operations (about 67 per day): 80% general aviation, 17% air taxi, and 3% military. In 2018, 111 aircraft were based here: 90 single-engine, 10 multi-engine, 5 jets, and 6 helicopters.

Tom Wood Aviation serves as the fixed-base operator, offering fuel (100LL and Jet-A), charter, aircraft management, flight instruction, maintenance, repairs, and aircraft sales. Facilities include a pilots' lounge, conference rooms, restrooms, catering, coffee, ice, and other services. Rental cars are available from SIXT.
